Returns & exchanges

15 days to change your mind
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a refund.

Free exchanges
Wrong size or colour? Exchanges are free: contact us at hello@ikon-o.com, we send you a prepaid return label and ship your new item at no cost.

Refunds
If you prefer a refund, the return shipping cost is at your expense. We refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the item before issuing the refund.

Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons, please try swimwear on over underwear. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their labels, in their original packaging and with the hygiene seal intact. Damaged items or items showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

How to return an item
Email us at hello@ikon-o.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, or send any clear statement of your decision by email or registered letter. Please send the item back within 14 days of your request and keep proof of shipping. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
