Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to Belgium, France and the following European Union countries: Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for all orders of €150 or more (VAT included).
For orders below €150, a flat shipping fee applies:
– Belgium: €10
– France: €8
– Other EU countries: €12
The shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order. All prices include VAT, and as we only ship within the European Union, there are no customs duties or additional fees on delivery.

Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. In any case, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after you place it. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will let you know.

Packaging
Each item is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Receiving your parcel
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the package appears damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery slip if possible, and contact us within 48 hours at hello@ikon-o.com, with a photo if you can. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you.
